Admiral Markets Group AS in the final of the Estonian-German Economic Award

Admiral Markets Group AS was one of the finalists in Estonian-German Economic Award 2019 which recognizes Estonian innovative companies.

In 2019, the focus was on fintech companies. “There is a cashless society in Estonia, where more than 99% of financial transactions are made digitally. More than 80 fintech companies, from innovative start-ups to blockchain managers, are turning Estonian financial technology into a global center of excellence,” said Christopher Zimmer, President of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce.

This was the first time Admiral Markets Group AS reached the final of such outstanding award. The CEO of Admiral Markets, Sergei Bogatenkov noted, that for the global company, Germany is the most successful market: “For example, we won all the relevant industry awards in Germany in 2019, which could be compared to the Grand Slam in tennis world or Oscars in the film industry. We are very honored to have competed in the final of the Estonian-German Economic Award with other outstanding companies and we congratulate Veriff for the win.”
